个人简介

中国农业大学生物学学士学位。北京生命科学研究所(NIBS)生化与分子生物学博士,博士期间主要研究DNA损伤修复因子的功能及分子机制,以及非编码RNA与其结合蛋白互作的分子机理。美国哥伦比亚大学博士后,主要研究关键酶调控的分子机制以及RNA修饰参与基因调控的分子机理。现任上海交通大学特别研究员,博士生导师。实验室利用结构生物学(分子晶体学,冷冻电子显微镜cryo-EM)、生物化学、生物物理学、分子生物学、合成生物学以及生物信息学等多学科手段研究重要生物学过程中关键酶的功能、调控及致病的分子机制,进一步寻找相关疾病治疗手段,如与制药公司合作进行小分子药物开发等(参考2018年发表的关于肿瘤免疫小分子抑制剂IDO1抑制剂的文章)。前期研究已经发表在Nature, PNAS, Cell Host & Microbe 及 Immunity等国际顶级期刊上。
