个人简介

张青锋,浙江大学生化专业本科毕业,并在第二军医大学和同济大学分别获得病原生物学硕士和博士学位,并在法国巴斯德研究所完成博士后研究工作,师从国际著名分子寄生虫学专家、欧洲科学院院士Artur Scherf教授。现任职于同济大学医学院免疫学与病原生物学系,长聘教授,博士生导师,“分子病原生物学”课题组长。

研究领域

疟原虫、血吸虫等寄生虫感染宿主后需要经过一系列与宿主的适应性相互作用过程,如建立感染、致病、有性生殖、产生抗药性等。这些过程皆依赖于寄生虫对各类功能基因阶段性表达的严格调控,从而执行不同的生物学功能。张青锋教授团队以功能基因组和表观遗传整合研究为核心,以危害最大的疟原虫为研究模型,围绕寄生虫与宿主相互作用,聚焦抗原变异、致病与传播等关键互作过程中相关基因表达调控机制的共性问题,致力于阐明疟原虫与人体宿主互作的表观遗传调控网络,鉴定关键调控因子,并开展新型抗疟药物或防控措施的研发工作
