研究领域

实验室研究细胞内物质运输的分子机制以及与其相关疾病的致病机制。在研究内容上，我们围绕一个中心（细胞内运输），两个基本点（内体分选的机制、与细胞内运输相关疾病的分子机制）展开研究。研究方法上，我们综合利用细胞生物学、生物化学、模式动物（斑马鱼与小鼠）等多种手段，来回答细胞内运输相关问题和致病机制问题，并探讨相关疾病的治疗方案。
