个人简介

2015年国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目获得者 陈崇教授1999年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院获学士学位,2009 年毕业于(美国)密歇根大学细胞与发育生物学系,获博士学位。2010-2014年在(美国)冷泉港实验室、纪念斯隆凯特琳癌症中心的Scott Lowe实验室从事博士后工作。2014 年8 月受聘于在四川大学华西医院/生物治疗国家重点实验室。

研究领域

1. 恶性肿瘤发生发展的分子机制; 2. 成体干细胞的维持、恶性转变和衰老的分子机制; 3. CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑 4. 类器官培养及应用 5. 表观遗传学在肿瘤和成体干细胞中的调控作用; 6. 染色体异常在肿瘤中的作用及靶向治疗
