个人简介

谢丹,清华大学集成电路学院副研究员。2001年7月毕业于电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院,工学博士学位。2001年9月至2003年6月在清华大学材料系做博士后研究。2003年至今,在清华大学微电子所,集成电路学院从事教学科研工作。主要从事新型微纳电子关键材料、器件与系统研究工作。近年来,先后参加和承担国家重点研发计划“纳米专项”、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、863计划、科技部国际合作项目以及重大专项等项目的研究工作。在二维薄膜材料的生长与表征、高性能器件的设计与制备、柔性化微纳电子器件的功能实现等方面具有丰富的研究经验,并取得了研究成果,已在Nature Nanotechnology、Nature communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials以及ACS Nano等国内外学术期刊及会议上发表SCI论文200余篇,获得国家发明专利20余项。曾获得“第十届霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师资助”,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,清华大学“学术新人奖”。

研究领域

目前主要研究方向为新型微纳米电子材料与器件,具体包括: 1、基于二维材料的新型电子器件:利用二维材料(如石墨烯、硫化钼以及黑磷等)构建高迁移率、高开关比场效应晶体管器件,设计开发逻辑器件与电路,并提出器件柔性化关键技术; 2、基于二维材料及其复合结构的高性能光电器件:利用二维材料独特的光电特性实现高性能太阳能电池、光电探测器以及新型神经形态光电器件,揭示二维材料复合体系中光、电耦合新机制; 3、基于新型纳米复合结构的敏感器件:利用二维材料优异的物理、化学特性,研制基于二维材料及其复合结构的气体传感器、化学及生物传感器,阐明二维材料的敏感机制,探索其在柔性、可穿戴传感器领域的应用前景。 4、基于新型钙钛矿材料的X射线探测技术:研究大面积高质量新型钙钛矿单晶及薄膜材料的生长机理及制备方法,并探索将其应用于医疗成像及深空探测领域。
