研究领域

1、有机/高分子光电材料的设计合成 材料是器件构筑的基础。针对有机/高分子材料中电荷传输、激子形成和发光的基本要求,从分子设计出发,发展高性能有机/高分子光电材料,系统全面表征其光物理特性,筛选综合性能优异的材料体系。 2、有机/高分子光电聚集态结构的调控 调控分子聚集态结构对于正确评估材料的本征性能和构筑高性能器件至关重要。从分子结构特征,发展高效分子组装策略与技术,构建多层次有序薄膜和晶体,揭示电荷传输和光电转化机制,建立分子结构-性能的构效关系。 3、有机/高分子光电器件构筑及器件物理研究 优化器件结构、制备工艺和界面特性,构筑高性能有机场效应晶体管、有机发光晶体管、有机光探测器等,发展新概念有机光电子集成器件,开展相关应用研究。
