1979-1983: 新疆大学化学理学学士 1990-1992: 南京大学无机化学理学硕士 2002-2005: 四川大学材料物理与化学工学博士 1983-1994：新疆大学化学系助教、讲师 1994-1999：新疆大学应用化学研究所副所长、副教授、硕士研究生导师 1999-2000：新疆大学应用化学研究所所长、教授、硕士研究生导师 2000-2006：新疆大学科研处处长、教授、博士研究生导师 2006-2008：新疆大学研究生院常务副院长、教授、博士研究生导师、先进功能材料自治区重点实验室主任 2008.11--至今，新疆大学副校长、教授、博士研究生导师、能源材料化学教育部重点实验室主任

研究领域

主要从事低热固相化学反应及煤基碳材料、储能材料的研究。主要包括：(1) 煤基高比表面活性炭、碳纳米管、碳纤维等煤基碳材料的制备及其应用研究；(2) 低热固相化学反应制备纳米材料及其性能研究；(3) 超级电容器、锂离子电池等储能材料的制备及其性能研究。
