1988年获成都科技大学(现四川大学)化学系物理化学专业学士学位 1991年获中科院武汉物理研究所核磁共振硕士学位 1991-1996年,中科院武汉物理研究所研究实习员、助理研究员、副研究员 1996年获中科院武汉物理研究所核磁共振博士学位 1997-1998年,美国Texas A & M大学化学系博士后 1999年12月起任中科院武汉物理与数学所研究员、博士生导师

长期从事固体核磁共振方法及其在多相催化和材料化学中的应用研究。
