个人简介

2006和2011年分别在南京大学强化部和物理学院获得学士和博士学位 2011-2014年在新加坡科技局——数据存储研究院(Data Storage Institute, A*STAR)担任科学家 2014-2017年在南京大学电子科学与工程学院担任专职副研究员 2017年被聘为南京大学电子科学与工程学院副教授，硕士生导师

研究领域

汤琨长期从事宽禁带半导体材料与器件的研究工作，特别是在氧化物材料生长、p型掺杂和缺陷机理、纳米器件等领域取得丰富的研究成果
