个人简介

IEEE会员 于华南理工大学获得学士学位; 于中国科学技术大学获得博士学位; 南京大学物理系、微结构国家实验室,博士后; ~今,南京大学物理系副教授;南京大学电子科学与工程学院教授; 2010年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才; 2011、2012年、2017年,美国工程院院士、斯坦福大学鲍哲南教授研究组,访问学者; 在包括Nature Comm.、PNAS、Acc. Chem. Res.、Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.、IEEE EDL等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,近5年他引4500余次。H因子31 於施毅教授研究团队获得国家自然科学二等奖(2017)与江苏省科学技术奖一等奖(2016) 2018年获得国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金资助; 入选Highly Cited Researchers 2018 (Web of Science, Clarivate)
