个人简介

1970年，清华大学获学士学位 1970年-1984年，清华大学自动化系任教从事教学和科研工作 1984年-现在，清华大学生命科学学院任教，教授，博士生导师 1992年-1993年，英国Birkbeck College 访问学者一年 1997年-1998年，美国UIUC访问学者三个月 2002年初，美国UCSD访问； 2004年底，美国UGA访问学者一个月 2007年，加拿大SFU访问 2008年，作为领队带队清华大学iGEM大学生竞赛团队，赴美国MIT比赛及访问

研究领域

主要研究领域是基因组学、蛋白质组学与生物信息学、系统生物学。目前正围绕功能基因组信息学和系统生物学开展基础和应用研究。研究课题包括:从基因组到蛋白质组结构、功能的分子生物学遗传信息的多层次研究，以及从分子到细胞、到复杂疾病的综合分析的系统生物学研究。
