1983年09月-1987年07月,武汉大学生物系遗传专业,本科 1990年09月-1993年07月,北京大学生命科学院细胞生物学,硕士 1997年09月-2003年08月,中科院昆明动物研究所博士干细胞生物学,博士 1997年12月-1998年06月,美国威斯康星大学灵长类动物研究中心,访问学者 1987年08月-1990年08月,中科院昆明动物研究所工作 1993年08月-2005年04月,云南大学生命科学学院,先后任助教、讲师、副教授 2005年04月至今,清华大学深圳研究生院,历任副教授,研究员 学术兼职 任中国微米纳米技术学会纳米科学技术分会理事 荣誉奖项 曾获得过“新世纪巾帼优秀发明者”、“全国三八红旗手”、“2003”中国经济女性年度人物和“全国创新能手”等荣誉称号

研究领域

主要研究方向包括干细胞生物学,肿瘤生物学及新型纳米免疫检测技术的研究开发三个方向。干细胞方面近年来主要致力于胚胎干细胞及其相关神经等分化细胞表面标志物的寻找及其分子机理的研究,以及胚胎干细胞定向诱导分化及其相关机理的研究。肿瘤方面近来来主要致力于妇女宫颈癌致癌病毒乳头瘤状病毒HPV的致癌和逃逸机制的研究,以及对HPV检测、预防和治疗性抗体药物及其疫苗的研究等。纳米检测方面主要致力于金属、磁性和荧光量子点等纳米材料的制备、修饰、表征及其在生物检测等方面的应用研究等。
