Our research is focusing on the technical development and clinical application of cardiovascular imaging, particularly characterizing atherosclerosis, cardiomyopathy, and ischemic cerebral disease. The research interests include: Development of novel CT and MR cardiovascular imaging techniques; Investigation of cardiovascular disease risk in symptomatic and asymptomatic populations using noninvasive imaging; Determination of risk factors for the vulnerability of atherosclerotic plaques.
