个人简介

2003年 获清华大学生命科学与技术系(现生命科学学院)博士学位 2004年 进入美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后研究工作 2009年 加州大学圣地亚哥分校助理项目科学家 2012年 全职回国,任清华大学医学院研究员

研究领域

研究方向为肿瘤与基因组学。主要是利用基因组学、表观基因组学和化学遗传学等手段,来探讨肿瘤发生发展中所发生的转录重编程(Transcriptional Reprogramming)的分子机制,并结合大规模药物发现新技术来进行肿瘤干预研究。目前实验室主要有如下研究方向:(1)非编码RNA在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机理;(2)新型抗肿瘤药物的发现及作用机理研究;(3)肿瘤细胞转录重编程分子机制。
