研究领域

1.精密与超精密位移测量:提出并研究非线性计算位移测量理论体系,利用冗余信息与运动连续性原理,解决精密与超精密位移测量中多自由度耦合、各种系统误差分离、传感噪声抑制等问题,提高测量动态性能与精度。 2. 精密与超精密功率驱动:针对精密与超精密运动系统中高速电机的低噪声、大电流功率驱动需求问题,研究高压、高开关频率下开关控制、功率变换与噪声吸收拓扑、信号处理等关键技术,提高这类系统电机驱动动态响应带宽与信噪比。
