个人简介

项金宝:男,1983年8月出生于浙江省永康市。2004年毕业于吉林大学化学学院,获理学学士学位;2004年-2008年,吉林大学化学学院学习,获有机化学博士学位,同年留校任教。2011年晋升为副教授。近年来主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目4项,国家十一五重大新药创制科技重大专项子课题2项,吉林省科技发展计划项目1项。 自攻读博士学位以来,一直从事有机合成和药物化学方面的科研工作。在此期间,参与构建了以特权结构为基础的新颖嘧啶并杂环化合物研究体系。先后在Org. Lett.、J. Org. Chem.、ACS Comb. Sci.等杂志发表SCI收录论文18篇,其中影响因子3.0以上10篇(7篇为第一作者或通讯作者),申请国家发明专利3项。自2011年起担任国家自然科学基金评审专家,ACS Comb. Sci.、Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett.、J. Heterocyclic Chem.等国际杂志审稿人。

研究领域

潜在生物活性骨架的合成方法学研究;药物合成新工艺研究;天然产物结构修饰与改造。
