教育背景 2002–2006 博士,中国海洋大学,研究方向:海洋生物技术 1996–1999 硕士,西北农林科技大学,研究方向:分子生物学 1992–1996 本科,西北农林科技大学,主修动物科学专业,辅修计算机科学专业 工作经历 2006–至今 中国海洋大学,副教授 2007–2008 美国俄克拉荷马州立大学(Oklahoma State University),博士后/访问学者 2001–2005 中国海洋大学,讲师 1999–2000 中国海洋大学,助教

研究领域

目前研究方向为生物技术制药、分子生物技术、生物信息学、计算生物学及其交叉学科。研究兴趣包括开发和应用新型核酸扩增技术,设计和开发新型基因转移、基因表达调控及基因治疗的方法和药物(包括反义寡核苷酸、siRNA和miRNA等)。开发新型生物计算算法,编写用户友好的生物信息学软件,用于DNA和蛋白质序列分析,数据挖掘,进行蛋白质空间结构模拟、分子系统发生、分子进化和分子生物学研究。另外,本人还对DNA计算机研究感兴趣,开发新型DNA计算算法。
