个人简介

1982年3月,毕业于四川省泸州医学院,1986年9月,获中国科学院微生物研究所硕士学位,1989年12月,获中国科学院生物物理研究所博士学位。1989年12月至今,在中国科学院生物物理研究所工作,研究员。曾留学及访问英国剑桥大学、加拿大McGill大学、意大利Pisa大学、美国纽约州基础研究所、美国西北大学研究所等。

研究领域

1. 胚胎早期发育的分子机制。研究脊椎动物大脑及视网膜神经细胞发生的调控机制,通过神经细胞增殖分化和神经退行性疾病相关编码基因及非编码RNA的筛选和功能分析,研究认知疾病发生发展机制。 2. 醛糖代谢失调与认知损伤的关系。提出和研究了“内源甲醛代谢失是老年认知损伤的危险因素”学说,发现内源甲醛与老年性痴呆病情的严重性呈正相关;验证了合理饮水可以清除体内包括甲醛在内的水溶性代谢产物,从而干预内源甲醛及其代谢产物在体内的蓄积;发现和研究了“2型糖尿病的核糖代谢失调”,强调核糖代谢失调与糖尿病并发症的密切关系,包括糖尿病脑病与老年痴呆,该工作将为老年痴呆的病理机制、早期诊断、早期治疗提供了新的研究途径。 3. 亚磁环境对大脑功能和发育的影响和机制。承担中科院重点支持的国际合作项目“模拟空间亚磁环境对大脑功能和发育的影响”研究,并与中科院空间中心自主研制建立了一套完善的亚磁场细胞培养和动物实验平台用于模拟空间亚磁场生物学效应和生物磁响应机制研究
