个人简介

颜 冲,工学博士,教授级高级工程师,毕业于华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业。主要从事磁性材料及器件、自旋电子材料及器件、电子陶瓷材料及器件等信息功能材料及器件研究。主持和承担完成省部级重大项目等科研课题10多项,在国内外重要刊物发表SCI和EI等论文20多篇,申请中国发明专利16项,已经授权11项。曾荣获浙江省科学技术奖一等奖1项,浙江省金华市科学技术奖一等奖1项。开发成功的项目成果转化后,已累计为企业创利3亿多元(截至2012年12月31日)。

研究领域

主要从事磁性材料及器件、自旋电子材料及器件、电子陶瓷材料及器件等信息功能材料及器件研究。
