主要研究方向:氧化物半导体及其器件、薄膜材料、材料结构高分辨表征。从博士阶段开始,一直从事氧化物半导体薄膜研究,主要采用磁控溅射办法制备具有不同物理性能的半导体薄膜材料,以及相关半导体器件的研制。
