研究领域

近年来以GaN LED量子效率提升技术为主线,围绕GaN材料物性分析、高质量外延及结构设计、新型器件研发、低维发光器件等方向展开研究。近5年共发表SCI论文31篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表12篇。申请发明专利10项。2012年北京市科学技术一等奖(排名10),2013年入选中科院青促会。目前主持国家“863”项目1项,自然基金1项,院人才项目1项。是ACS Applied Materials&interfaces, Scientific Reports, APL, OE,OL,JAP等本领域期刊审稿人。
