研究领域

半导体自旋电子学相关材料和器件表征和分析。基于红外调制磁光光谱和磁输运方法研究半导体材料及器件(如:HgCdTe, HgMnTe, GaInP量子阱,高速电子迁移率晶体管HEMT和量子级联激光器/探测器)在深低温、强磁场和高激发下的光电特性和量子效应，包括光致磁化效应、磁光量子拓扑相位效应(如: Aharonov-Bohm, Aharonov-Casher, Dual Aharonov-Bohm, He-McKellar-Wilkens相位)、量子阱和器件能带的磁光特性及导带子能级探测表征、强磁场束缚条件下激子的Bose–Einstein凝聚态的光学表征和光学性质初探基于Fourier光谱仪的多种红外光谱探测技术和新方法发展基于k·p微扰理论的半导体材料性质计算和程序开发，及与人工智能交叉领域算法研究
