研究领域

新型薄膜太阳太阳能电池 目前,主要研究方向集中于薄膜太阳能电池器件领域,尤其是通过电化学共沉积技术制备四元铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳能电池器件的光电转换效率的创造者与保持者。同时,对新型硒硫化锑薄膜太阳能电池器件进行深入研究,成功提升转换效率至8.1%,该成果已达到国际领先水平。在学术成果方面,已在Advanced Science, Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Energy, Green Chemistry, Chemical Communications, Journal of Materials Chemistry A以及Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells等国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI论文80多篇,总引用次数超过2200次。同时,撰写英文专著3章,并成功申请了10项专利。通过这些研究,期望能推动薄膜太阳能电池技术的进步,为相关领域的研究人员和实践工程师提供有价值的参考和启示。在未来的研究中,计划继续探索提高薄膜太阳能电池器件光电转换效率的新方法和技术,以期进一步推动可持续能源技术的发展,为全球能源的可持续发展做出贡献。
