个人简介

从事钙钛矿结构过渡金属氧化物薄膜的外延生长及其电、磁学性质研究,侧重于利用激光分子束外延技术,在分子层水平设计、合成氧化物人工超晶格结构,研究“高密度”界面效应对氧化物性能的调控规律,探索具有特殊功能性的氧化物人工晶体材料。发表SCI学术论文二十余篇,包括Science、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Nano Letters、npj Quantum Materials等顶级期刊,入选上海市海外高层次人才计划及国家级青年人才计划。 教育经历 2007.9-2011.6 华南理工大学,材料科学与工程学院,本科 2011.9-2017.3 中国科学技术大学,微尺度物质科学国家研究中心,博士 工作经历 2017.7-2020.7 荷兰特文特大学 (University of Twente), MESA+ Institute,博士后 2020.11- 2022.1 华东师范大学,物理与电子科学学院,紫江青年研究员 2022.1- 华东师范大学,物理与电子科学学院,紫江优秀青年研究员 荣誉及奖励 2011年华南理工大学优秀本科毕业论文,2017年中国科技大学优博,2018年中科院优博
