个人简介

杜娟，华东师范大学副教授、硕士生导师，研究方向包括公共政策理论、中国语境下的公共治理等。论文发表于Public Administration、Public Management Review、The China Quarterly《公共行政评论》《公共管理评论》《公共管理与政策评论》《中国科学院院刊》等国内外期刊。研究成果多次获得国内外学术会议优秀论文奖，代表作获评2021-2022 Wiley年度高被引论文。入选上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划。工作经历 2022年7月-至今，华东师范大学公共管理学院副教授教育经历 2022年6月，清华大学公共管理学院，管理学博士；俄亥俄州立大学约翰格兰公共事务学院，联合培养博士生荣誉及奖励 2022年，清华大学毕业生启航奖金奖（每年仅评选十人） 2021年，中国公共管理学术年会优秀论文一等奖 2021年，清华大学一二·九奖学金（每年仅评选十人） 2021年，清华大学研究生特等奖学金提名 2021年，清华大学校级综合一等奖学金清华之友-武清英才奖学金（学术类） 2021年，清华农村研究博士生论坛优秀论文奖 2020年，清华大学校级综合一等奖学金中国电科十四所国睿奖学金（学术类） 2020年，Prestage-Cook Travel Award，美国南部政治学协会 2019年，国家建设高水平大学公派研究生基金 2018年，清华大学光华奖学金（学业类） 2018年，中国发展研究奖学金（中国发展研究基金会） 2017年，北京市优秀毕业生 2017年，对外经济贸易大学十大杰出学生（学校最高荣誉） 2017年，对外经济贸易大学优秀毕业论文 2016年，国家奖学金，对外经济贸易大学学业一等奖学金

研究领域

专注公共管理与公共政策研究，研究重点关注环境政策、包容性社会发展等领域。同时，也将心理学和行为科学融入分析，从微观角度回答“政府如何塑造民意并推行政策”这个问题
