闫寒冰,教育技术学博士,教授,博导,现任华东师范大学教师发展学院(开放教育学院)院长,全国中小学教师培训专家工作组副组长,中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0专家组组长,教育部课程中心“深度学习”综合组成员,上海市远距离高等教育学会会长。研究领域主要集中在信息技术与教学整合、远程教育质量管理、教师培训设计与管理。
