个人简介

在炎症性肠病(IBD)免疫病理学发病机制方面做出了突出成绩,发现炎症肠黏膜组织内有大量激活的免疫细胞浸润,分泌高水平的炎症细胞因子,以及表达高水平免疫辅助信号分子。尤其是通过调控肠黏膜组织内各种免疫细胞(T细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞等)的功能变化,为临床上靶向生物免疫治疗IBD提供重要的理论依据;使用抗TNF、IL-12、IL-23、a4b7单抗,以及小分子阻断剂和miRNA片段治疗,发现可显著诱导肠黏膜炎症发生。在Gastroenterology、Gut、J Allergy Clin Immunol、Nat Commun等国际期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,多次在美国胃肠病学大会和欧洲胃肠病联合大会上报告论文,在国际上有较高学术影响。 主要任职 第十届中华医学会消化病分会炎症性肠病学组副组长 中国医师学会肛肠医师分会炎症性肠病学组副组长 中华医学会上海市消化学分会委员,兼炎症性肠病学组组长 世界华人消化杂志-主编; 中华炎性肠病杂志、J Dig Dis副主编
