个人简介

主要以肿瘤干细胞自我更新核心特性为切入点，探讨肿瘤干细胞自我更新及其在肿瘤发生和转移中的作用机制，为肿瘤的临床肿瘤干细胞靶向治疗与个体化治疗提供理论支撑。采用二代测序,蛋白质组等组学技术研究妇科肿瘤分子分型，探索妇科肿瘤个体化治疗策略。相关研究成果在Gastroenterology、Journal of Hepatology、Clinical cancer research、Advanced Science 等期刊发表SCI论文7篇。累计主持省部级以上项目4项，获国家授权专利4项；上海市科技进步一等奖1项（2017）。上海市“青年科技启明星”（2019）。
