个人简介

2019/8- 特聘教授、博士生导师 同济大学医学院/上海市第十人民医院 2015/7-2019/8 助理研究员,斯隆-凯特琳纪念医院癌症中心,脑瘤中心 2011/9-2015/6 讲师, 德克萨斯州西南医学中心发育生物学系 2007/11-2011/8 博士后,康内尔大学威尔分子和细胞研究所 2002/9-2007/7 博士,中国科学院上海生命科学研究院细胞生物学 1998/9-2002/6 学士,南开大学生物学系 施裕丰教授在细胞和肿瘤生物学研究领域造诣深厚。作为第一作者在Nature、Cell、Nature Immunology等顶级权威杂志上发表代表性论文多篇,总影响因子超过100。申请1项国际发明专利。曾以共同主持人身份主持1项美国纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心药物研究项目,参与2 项美国国家健康研究院(NIH)研究项目和3 项德克萨斯州肿瘤研究院项目。其工作成果曾获得全国百篇优秀论文、中国科学院百篇和谈家桢基金生命科学九源奖学金等一系列奖项。

研究领域

线粒体和肿瘤 (mitochondria and cancer) 线粒体代谢重编程是肿瘤细胞的基本特征之一。最近的工作表明:肿瘤中一群具有高干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞所含线粒体显著区别于一般正常体细胞的线粒体,并且这类肿瘤细胞非常依赖其线粒体功能而存活。实验室现下的主要工作是研究神经胶质瘤干细胞对线粒体功能依赖的分子机制和神经胶质瘤线粒体上可成药靶点。
