研究领域

利用分子生物学、RNA测序、生物信息学和电生理等技术在转基因小鼠模型和疾病小鼠模型上研究神经发育与神经病理及药物发现,主要包括: 1.疼痛基因网络调控和躯体感觉神经元分化的分子机制研究,并筛选、发现抑制疼痛的药物 2.疼痛传导环路及中枢痛敏的分子机制 3.研究中脑多巴胺神经元(mDA)的存活、诞生数目调控的分子机制,探寻帕金森病的早期诊断biomarker和诊断方法
