个人简介

张皓,女,1979年8月出生,湖北荆州人,教授、博士生导师。中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员、中国自动化学会会员。2001年本科毕业于武汉理工大学自动控制专业,2002年9月至2007年6月就读于华中科技大学控制理论与控制工程专业,2007年6月获工学博士学位。2007年9月任教于同济大学电子与信息工程学院控制科学与工程系,2010年被评为副教授、硕士生导师,2015年评为教授,博导。2011年至2013在香港城市大学机械生物工程系进行博士后研究工作。 作为一名高校教师,教书育人是治学之本。从小学到大学,从校园到社会,从国内到国际,我以全方位育人的理念来践行教师这一职责。一直以来,我教育学生将课程知识与实际应用相结合,培养他们的创新精神,引导他们成为专业精英、社会栋梁。以控制界杰出科学家的事迹激励他们,做重大科研成果的创造者、建设科技强国的奉献者。我秉持教研相长的理念,将十年的科研成果和心得融汇到教育过程中,取得了一些成果。建设了示范性全英文课程,获得了讲课比赛奖励,编写本科生教材。近五年,学生评教和督导评教结果全优。培养的学生多次获得省部级以上竞赛奖励、国家奖学金和上海市优秀硕士论文。 长期从事多智能体系统的协同控制、决策与优化、智能车辆及机器人系统、网络安全等方面的科研及教学工作。作为负责人主持包括国家自然基金项目3项在内的10余项国家级省部级项目,已在国际有影响的杂志和会议上发表相关论文70余篇,其中30余篇论文被SCI收录。发表Automatica、IEEE会刊33篇论文,其中1篇论文入选“2013年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”,11篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。同时积极参加本领域国际交流合作,与多位本领域国内外著名学者建立长期合作关系。获得湖北省优秀博士论文,入选香江学者计划、上海市晨光人才计划、浦江人才计划、曙光人才计划等。获得教育部自然科学奖二等奖1项,上海市自然科学奖一等奖1项,上海市科技进步奖一等奖2项。
