1985年7月获文学学士学位(B. A.)
1985年9月-1987年7月 天津南开大学国际经济法方向硕士研究生
1989年7月法学硕士学位(L.L.M)
1995年12月-2002年1月 先后在德国柏林自由大学法学系、洪堡大学法学系进修并攻读法学博士学位，并于2001年7月18日通过答辩，获得博士学位
曾获德国洪堡奖学金
工作经历
1987年7月-1993年12月 南开国际经济研究所国际经济法研究室助教、讲师
1993年12月-1995年12月 南开大学国际经济法研究所副教授
2002年1月11日 从德国返回上海，调入同济大学工作，任中德学院西门子和蒂森克虏伯公司经济私法基金教席负责人
2002年9月 同济大学中德学院和文法学院法律系教授
2003年8月至2006年8月 同济大学文法学院法律系主任
2006年－ 同济大学中德学院经济法系主任
