个人简介

博士,硕士生导师,高级工程师。1991年本科毕业于华东理工大学,1997年获同济大学硕士学位,毕业后在同济大学生命科学与技术学院工作至今,2006年任高级工程师,2008年获同济大学博士学位。多年来从事生物传感器、环境生物技术、消毒学、环境污染与控制的科研与教学工作。近年来参与完成的科研项目有国家自然科学基金、教育部骨干基金、城市生态建设规划、上海市科委项目等。发表论文50余篇,被SCI摘录20篇。 教学成果 获1999年度同济大学教学系列奖教金二等奖 在首届(2007年)国家级SITP项目中指导的论文《高效环保消毒剂—酸性氧化电位水(EOW)的研制》获首届“同济大学-BASF优秀科技论文奖”二等奖

研究领域

(1)生物传感器 成功构建了DNA生物传感器dsDNA/GNs/chit/G,该传感器可在线检测抗癌药物6-巯基嘌呤对DNA的损伤;构建的dsDNA/PANI/chit/GCE传感器可实时在线检测对苯二酚的浓度及其对DNA的损伤;采用导电复合物(聚硫堇及掺杂聚苯胺)和纳米材料(多壁碳纳米管及自制纳米二氧化钛)构建了第三代电流型葡萄糖传感器,为设计更高性能的实用型葡萄糖传感器提供了思路和方法。 (2)环境生物技术 主要开展了环境污染物优势菌种的驯化、筛选及工程菌的构建:包括生物活性炭处理铁锰微污染源水及工程菌构建;活性偶氮染料脱色优势菌的驯化、筛选、鉴定及其脱色机理。 (3)消毒剂研制与应用 主要开展了高效环保型消毒剂酸性氧化电位水的制备工艺、灭菌性能、影响因素和灭菌机理的系统研究。
