常云涛，男，1974年9月生于新疆乌鲁木齐市，籍贯：湖北武汉，中共党员，2004年参加工作。教育经历 1993年初进入湖南大学土木系学习，1997年获学士学位、2000获硕士学位 2000年进入同济大学道路与交通工程系学习，2004年获工学博士学位工作经历 2004年5月留同济大学任教至今
