个人简介

李晔教授,学科方向为交通规划与政策;曾入选新世纪优秀人才支持计划、交通部交通青年科技英才;现担任教育部本科教育教学审核评估专家,中国工程教育认证专家;中国城市交通规划学术委员会委员;获省部级科技进步奖、中国航海科技奖等4项。 教育经历 本科:同济大学 交通工程(1991.9-1995.7) 硕士:同济大学 交通运输规划与管理(1998.9-2000.7) 博士:同济大学 道路与铁道工程专业(2000.9-2003.5) 工作经历 同济大学交通运输工程学院教授(2009.12 – 至今) 同济大学教务处处长、质管办主任(2013—2016) 同济大学研究生院专业学位管理办公室主任、副院长(2006.12-至今) 同济大学交通运输工程学院副教授(2006.7-2009.12) 福州市城市规划局助理工程师(1995.7-1998.9) 参加意大利外交部举办基础设施建设投融资国际高级研修班 (1997.1-1997.6) 主要研究成果 主持国家自然科学基金项目《基于活动场理论的区域交通经济作用模型及其发展协调性测度研究》、上海市哲学社会科学基金项目《基于合作利益机制的长三角交通基础设施一体化管治模式研究》、世界银行贷款项目《福建省农村公路建设成效研究》、国务院学位办重点课题《专业学位研究生质量研究》等多项纵向基础研究,还主持或参加国家863 项目、教育部博士点基金项目以及其它横纵向项目10 多项。以第一作者身份发表学术论文20 余篇,其中1 篇被SCI 收录、8 篇被EI 收录。 获省科技进步二等奖、中国学位与研究生教育学会优秀奖各1 项。2009 年获霍英东教育基金会第十二届高等院校青年教师奖三等奖,2010 年入选同济大学攀登高层次人才计划,合作开设《交通管理与控制》课程于2010 年入选国家精品课程,入选同济大学和上海市优秀青年教师。
