个人简介

2009年本科毕业于东南大学,2012年硕士毕业于东南大学射频与光电集成电路研究所。2015年获新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位,2015年-2018年就职于英飞凌(Infineon)科技,任模拟芯片研发工程师。 2018年9月至今,就职于同济大学。承担多项芯片相关国家级纵向、横向项目,科研经费充足。发表SCI/EI 论文30余篇,其中第一作者/通信作者20余篇。拥有申请/授权10余项中国专利。 获得2021年“上海科技青年35人引领计划”奖;获2022年度上海市青年五四奖章。
