赵立忠，男，1975年出生，黑龙江尚志人，高级工程师，硕士导师，哈尔滨工业大学工学博士，台湾清华大学博士后研究员经历。

1997.07，留校工作，见习研实员 1998.07，研实员 2002.07，助理研究员 2010.11~2011.10，任工业工程系实验室主任 2011.10~2013.08，公派台湾清华大学工业工程与工程管理学系，博士后研究员 2013.12，高级工程师

本科：1993.09~1997.07，哈尔滨工业大学，机械工程系，获工学学士学位； 硕士：2000.09~2002.07，在职，哈尔滨工业大学，机械电子工程专业，获工学硕士学位； 博士：2002.09~2009.12，在职，哈尔滨工业大学，机械电子工程专业，获工学博士学位
