研究领域

功率超声波应用技术 光纤传感技术 主要研究方向: 研究方向之一:压电超声换能器声作用机理及应用。 功率超声已经在许多领域的应用取得了显著的效果,而不同声负载、不同变化规律使超声换能器或换能器阵列的形式、声学参数、声压分布、以及控制方式上具有明显的特殊性,因此,探索负载对超声场的作用机理成为换能器(阵列)设计、声参数确定、机电转换效率提高、以及声能量最大传递的必备支撑基础。 本研究将为诸如复合材料、硬质合金等难加工材料的超声加工或机械超声复合加工奠定理论基础,解决有载换能器声参数设计,提高此类特种材料的机械加工性能和整体构件的综合力学性能,加速其在各领域尤其是航空航天领域的应用;本研究将推动超声表面改性处理的应用,针对表面改性处理中非刚性声负载,解决换能器设计、换能器阵列形式、各单元声参数匹配、声作用形式、以及各单元谐振频率的协调等难题,此类应用如超声清洗、超声水污染治理、芳纶/环氧复合材料超声表面改性、原油超声防蜡降粘处理等。 研究方向之二:基于FBG/BOTDR/ROTDR光纤传感网络的全寿命分布式光纤在线健康监测。 光纤传感器以其抗电磁干扰能力强、耐腐蚀、长距离传输损耗小(<0.2dB/100km,5km以内近似零损耗)、结构简单、尺寸小(外径仅125μm),便于将其封装至直径几毫米的FRP中,在建筑、桥梁、海上石油平台、航空航天等各领域作为监测元件成为全寿命分布式在线健康监测的一种全新的方法。 由不同敏感参数、不同传感精度和解调方式组成的FBG/BOTDR/ROTDR光纤传感网络,可以通过不同的封装形式对多种物理量多参数进行测量,研究其温度场与多载荷力场的耦合作用机理,补偿温度、在线辨识与定量表征非均匀多载荷力的成为这种全新监测方法的关键。 本研究的特点“在线、实时、全寿命、分布式监测”以及“多种物理量多参数的在线辨识与定量表征”将会促进井下实时、动态监测技术的发展,不仅能在线监测套管健康,指导各生产阶段、优化钻井工艺、实现分层注水采油的智能化。而且还能解决油田中智能完井系统中瓶颈技术,推动我国在在智能井技术方面的研究和其工程应用,以及海上油气田开发战略的实施。本研究还将推动航天航空器大型复合材料构件的在线结构健康监测与安全评价,埋入式光纤传感网络作为大型复合材料构件的“神经网络”,形成智能复合材料构件,促进复合材料在航天航空器中的推广应用。最终将光纤复合材料结构、光纤传感系统、及光纤通信系统融为一体,未来的航天飞行器将是“借助光飞行”的安全可靠系统。
