个人简介

王大伟，男，长聘教授，博士生导师。先后入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单、国家级高层次青年人才计划、中科院百人计划、黑龙江省高层次人才及深圳市海外高层次人才。从事先进电子材料/元器件及电子封装技术研究，已取得了一系列高质量原创科研成果，以第一或通讯作者身份在Chemical Reviews、Physical Review Letters、Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Functional Materials等国际期刊发表学术论文100余篇，同行引用超过9600次，谷歌学术h指数55。申请及授权国内外发明专利20项。受邀在ISAF等国际学术会议做邀请报告23次、担任分会主席和组委会成员10次。工作经历中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院研究员 2020/10-2022/10 英国谢菲尔德大学副研究员 2014/9-2020/10 北方工业大学讲师 2012/7-2014/8 美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学访问学者 2016/4-2016/6 教育经历 2007/9-2012/6 材料加工工程北京理工大学博士 2010/9-2011/9 材料科学与工程美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学联合培养博士 2003/9-2007/7 无机非金属材料工程山东轻工业学院本科

研究领域

从事能量存储、传输、转换、收集用的先进电子材料/元器件及电子封装技术研究，包括介电、压电、铁电、多铁材料及MLCC、HTCC、LTCC、驱动器、换能器、天线等。包括新型高性能材料及元器件的设计、计算、仿真、制造，构建成分-结构-性能关系。主要研究领域包括： 1. 关键电子材料：铁电、压电、介电、离子导体、玻璃、浆料等 2. 核心元器件：MLCC、HTCC、LTCC、驱动器、传感器、天线、滤波器、基板等 3. 关键工艺：粉体制备、浆料配制、流延成型、丝网印刷、叠层共烧等 4. 材料合成：固相、水热、溶胶-凝胶、冷烧结、闪烧工艺等
