研究领域

1. 生物传感 利用共价有机框架材料(COFs)以及其他有机、无机纳米材料制备柔性、可穿戴、可植入的生物传感装置,用于细胞、细菌、病毒、及生物大分子、以及心电、脑电等生物信号的检测。 2. 生物大分子的动态自组装 生物大分子的自组装是生命活动的重要基础。与目前通常意义的分子自组装不同,生命体中,生物大分子的自组装绝大部分是在外界能量的驱动下进行的,所形成的功能结构多属于热力学非平衡体系。随着能量的耗散,生物大分子的组装结构会发生动态变化,并实现相应的生物功能。目前,人们对这一类自组装行为的认识尚不够深入。我们致力于研究生物大分子的动态自组装中所蕴含的独特规律,并以此为基础,构建具有仿生功能的微纳米结构和体系。
