个人简介

杨基先,男,工学博士,1964年出生,哈尔滨工业大学环境学院教授/博士生导师。 主要从事环境生物技术在污水及给水处理中的应用,环境生物制剂的开发与应用、人工固定化工程菌的筛选、驯化,实际工程中的微生物生理生态学及运行效果等方向的研究。近几年,参与国家自然科学基金项目,国家科技重大专项项目等7余项;主持“辽河流域水质目标管理平台技术建设”项目的为我国水流域的管理平台的建设做出突出贡献;主持“人工湿地功能生物强化技术及产品的开发”项目开拓了环境生物制剂在北方寒冷地区的应用。近6年获黑龙江省科技奖1项,哈尔滨市科技奖1项,出版著作3部,发表论文70余篇。 曾担任环境系主任和专业带头人,担任“生物化学”、“污染控制微生物学”、“现代生物学”等本科生、研究生的学位课程的授课;其中,作为主讲教师之一的《污染控制微生物学》于2013年获得国家级精品资源共享课,《污染控制微生物学》教材被列为国家“十一五”规划教材。指导本科生科技创新、毕业论文,均获得优异成绩。承担多项教学改革研究项目,获哈尔滨工业大学2015年研究生教学成果二等奖,为环境系完善的专业设置、科学教学都做出了突出贡献; 2010年获得优秀教师称号。 教育经历 1978.8-1982.7 东北师范大学 生物学 学士 1997.9-2000.6 哈尔滨建筑大学 环境工程 硕士 2003.9-2008.3 哈尔滨工业大学 环境科学 博士 工作经历 2015.6-2016.6 哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院 系主任 2009.9-至今 哈尔滨工业大学环境学院 教授 2001.8-2009.9 哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院 副教授 2000.6-2001.8 哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院 讲师

环境生物制剂的研发与应用:以新型绿色环境生物制剂的定向合成、高效应用为目标,开展生物絮凝剂合成途径、调控机制和抗生素去除的研究,加深环境生物制剂微观研究,拓展环境生物制剂的应用范围 人工湿地功能生物强化技术的研发:针对冬季低温下人工湿地系统的氨氮处理效能低下和植物处置问题,在高效的脱氮菌强化人工湿地脱氮效能方面开展研究,以期实现低温下人工湿地的效能强化和资源化利用 脱氮理论与技术研究:以革新污水脱氮新技术及提高水质要求为目的,开展了好氧反硝化代谢机制、活性污泥中有机污染物的代谢规律和缓释碳源的反硝化滤池方面的研究,以期达到节能减排的效果
