个人简介

于欣，哈尔滨工业大学电子科学与技术学科教授/博士生导师，基础计划重点项目技术首席，长期从事流场激光光谱诊断与试验技术、光电子器件与技术及应用等方面的研究工作。作为负责人先后主持了基础计划重点项目、国家重大专项项目、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项课题、国家自然科学基金等二十余项。在Applied Physics Letters、Optics Letters、Energy、Fuel、Energy&Fuels、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy等国际高水平SCI期刊发表学术论文150余篇。获得授权发明专利30余项。获得省部级科技奖励4项。工作经历 1990.07-1991.06 哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院见习 1991.07-1995.06 哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院助教 1995.07-2002.06 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院讲师 2002.07-2009.11 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院副教授 2009.12-至今哈尔滨工业大学航天学院教授/博士生导师教育经历 1986-1990 北京理工大学应用物理本科 1994-1996 哈尔滨工业大学物理电子学硕士 1996-2002 哈尔滨工业大学物理电子学博士
