陈德应:1965年生,教授、博导,哈尔滨工业大学航天学院光电子信息科学与技术系主任、光电子技术研究所所长、可调谐(气体)激光技术国家级重点实验室副主任。 教育经历 1984.9-1988.7:哈尔滨工业大学光电子技术专业学习,获学士学位 1988.9-1991.3:哈尔滨工业大学电子物理与器件专业读研究生,获硕士学位 1991.3-1995.4:哈尔滨工业大学电子物理与器件专业攻读博士学位,获博士学位 工作经历 1995.5-1997.5 复旦大学博士后 1997.6-2000.7 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院光电子技术研究所副教授 2000.8-现在 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院光电子技术研究所教授 2002.4-现在 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院光电子技术研究所博士生导师 2003.6-现在 哈尔滨工业大学光电子信息科学与技术系主任,光电子技术研究所所长
