个人简介
刘金龙，教授级高级工程师，1983年，哈工大，信息与通信工程学科，本硕博毕业。
主持参与科研项目30余项，包括主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等。发表SCI/EI科研论文20余篇，授权受理发明专利7项。
