个人简介

李瑞,长聘教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才,欧洲科学基金会项目评审专家,IET期刊 The Journal of Engineering编委,IEEE Access编委。于2013年获哈尔滨工业大学工学博士学位,之后在英国思克莱德大学电气与电子工程系先后任助理研究员(Research Associate)、副研究员(Research Fellow,永久职位)。曾任英国国家标准组织GEL/8委员(2021-2022)、国际大电网CIGRE新能源建模工作组英国技术专家(2021-2022)等。主要从事直流电网和新能源并网技术研究。在IEEE Trans. Power Delivery、IEEE Trans.
