研究领域

生物大分子(如RNA与蛋白质)能够通过液-液相分离在细胞中形成分子凝聚体,广泛地参与不同生物学过程,这使得相分离成为目前生物学领域最前沿的研究之一。相分离这一机制不仅更新了我们对许多生物学问题的理解,也为我们研究生物学问题提供了新的思路。 实验室综合利用遗传学、生物化学、生物信息学、细胞生物学等手段研究相分离在植物生长发育和应对胁迫过程中的作用及机制。
