教育背景 2012.09-2017.06 清华大学精密仪器系,博士 2008.09-2012.07 中国科学技术大学,学士 工作履历 2021.02-至今 清华大学精密仪器系,助理教授 2017.09-2021.01 美国加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校(UCSB),博士后 研究概况 类脑计算是国际半导体协会认定的后摩尔时代两个最有前景的新技术之一(另一个是量子计算);长期从事类脑计算领域的相关研究,包括类脑智能算法、类脑芯片架构、类脑应用系统等。主导设计的研究成果“异构融合类脑计算芯片”发表于Nature封面,系中国在人工智能和芯片两大领域的首篇该杂志论文,入选2019年中国科学十大进展、两院院士评选中国十大科技进展、15项世界互联网领先科技成果和2022年日内瓦国际发明展金奖。 在Nature(封面)及其子刊、Proceedings of the IEEE、IEEE JSSC、IEEE/ACM Transactions等权威期刊和ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、AAAI、HPCA、MICRO、ASPLOS等顶级会议已发表学术论文80余篇,申请发明专利30余项,担任计算神经科学知名期刊Frontiers in Neuroscience副主编、Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience客座编辑以及国际会议ASAP2021、IJCNN2021和ISNN2019程序委员会委员。 国家优秀青年基金项目获得者,曾获2021年中国人工智能学会吴文俊人工智能优秀青年奖、北脑脑科学与类脑研究中心北脑青年学者、2019年《麻省理工科技评论》中国籍35岁以下科技创新35人、2017年清华大学博士毕业生“紫荆学者”、清华大学精仪系学术新秀、2015年清华大学“一二·九”辅导员奖、2010年中科大机器人大赛亚军等荣誉。
