个人简介

张志成，工学博士，工业工程系教授，博士生导师。三十多年核能、新能源、轨道交通等领域人因工程、人工智能及自控系统研究、开发及在核能、新能源、轨道交通等领域工程验证经验，曾担任法国核能集团首席研究员、欧盟FP5轨道交通人因工程项目主任、国际原子能机构IAEA人的可靠性项目主任。曾负责欧洲三代加全球首堆、三代加新堆型及第四代核反应堆人因工程及控制系统研发工作，把人工智能全面系统化地应用于核电站专家系统，主持全球第一座百万千瓦核电站全范围全数字化控制保护系统及主控制室人因工程的试验、设计、确认与验证。上世纪90年代初作为主要参与人，建立了中国核能领域核安全人因工程安全评价体系。所获奖励 1996年，中国核电站控制室人因工程安全评价体系的建立，科技进步二等奖，中国国家科技部教育背景 2004，法国国家科研中心/上法兰西理工大学，人工智能与人因工程，博士 1990，北京理工大学，自动化，学士工作经历 2023 – 今清华大学，工业工程系 2017 – 2023 法中能源协会，法国 2004 – 2020 阿海珐集团，法国 2000 – 2004 法国国家科研中心，法国 1990 – 2000 国家核安全局
