个人简介

1990年7月清华大学电子工程系信息与通信工程专业本科毕业,曾于1990年获得第一届清华大学特等奖学金。1995年3月获得清华大学电子工程系信息与通信工程专业博士学位,是第一个系内跨学科博士,导师冯重熙教授、范重澄教授和姚彦教授,论文研究方向为光纤通信系统建模和特性仿真。1995年3月留校任教,先后在香港中文大学讯息工程学系和加拿大滑铁卢大学电机与计算机工程系从事博士后研究,方向是光纤通信系统特性的理论分析与仿真研究。1998年进入美国休斯网络系统公司,在ADG (Advanced Development Group)从事研究工作。研究领域涉及无线IEEE 802.11n物理层建议、卫星W-CDMA系统、HAP系统、卫星通信系统特性仿真、电子扫描天线等。2005年1月回到清华大学,现任数字电视技术研究中心主任,兼任广东省和深圳市数字电视系统重点实验室主任。ITU期刊ICT Discoveries主编、IEEE期刊Transactions on Broadcasting的Associate Editor。 开设课程 《信号与系统》,二年级春节学期,英文授课 《通信网络设计实例研究》,高年级研讨课,三年级春节学期,英文授课 教育经历 清华大学电子工程系 信息与通信工程专业 博士学位 清华大学电子工程系 信息与通信工程专业 本科 工作经历 2005.1至今 清华大学电子工程系副系主任和数字电视技术研究中心 主任 1998.4-2005.1 美国休斯网络系统公司研究工作在ADG (Advanced Development Group)从事研究工作。研究领域涉及无线IEEE 802.11n物理层建议、卫星W-CDMA系统、HAP系统、卫星通信系统特性仿真、电子扫描天线等 1997.6-1998.4 清华大学 副教授 1995.3-1997.4 清华大学任教 先后在香港中文大学讯息工程学系从事光纤通信系统系统特性的博士后研究、在加拿大滑铁卢大学电机和计算机工程系从事从事光纤通信系统仿真软件设计的博士后研究 曾获荣誉 国家科学技术进步一等奖(2016-04-15) 科技部重点领域创新团队负责人(2016-04-15) 教育部科学技术进步二等奖(2016-04-15) 中国光学工程学会创新技术二等奖(2015-04-15) IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting Best Paper Award -- Scott Helt Award(2014-04-15) 北京市科学技术一等奖(2013-04-15) 浙江省科学技术二等奖(2013-04-15) 中国电子学会科学技术二等奖(2013-04-15)
