个人简介

熊兵,工学博士,清华大学电子工程系长聘副教授、特别研究员。1998年于清华大学电子工程系获得工学学士学位。2005 年于清华大学电子工程系获得工学博士学位,并留校从事教学科研工作。2009年晋升为副教授,2017年起任长聘副教授、特别研究员。2008年至今,任北京真空学会副理事长。长期从事面向信息通信与处理应用的宽带半导体光电子器件及其关键技术研究,在宽带半导体激光器、半导体光调制器及其集成光源、高饱和光功率光探测器等器件研究领域获得重要成果。已发表各类学术论文70余篇,其中SCI收录40多篇;获得授权发明专利14项。获得国家技术发明二等奖2项(排名3,2012年度;排名5,2019年度)、中国电子学会电子信息科学技术一等奖(排名3,2011年度)、2018年教育部技术发明一等奖(排名5)。 教育经历 2001.122005.1 清华大学电子工程系电子科学与技术 工学博士学位 清华大学电子工程系电子科学与技术专业 博士研究生;研究面向光通信应用的40 Gb/s高速电吸收调制器及其与半导体激光器或放大器的单片集成技术,获工学博士学位 1998.72001.12 清华大学电子工程系电子科学与技术专业硕士学位 清华大学电子工程系电子科学与技术专业 硕士研究生;研究半导体电吸收调制器啁啾特性及其光传输特性影响,获工学硕士学位 1993.91998.7 清华大学电子工程系物理电子与光电子技术专业 工学学士学位 工作经历 2009.12至今 清华大学电子工程系副教授 讲授固体物理(2010-至今),现代分析技术(2015-) 2005.32009.12 清华大学电子工程系讲师 讲授固体物理(2007-2009) 讲授现代分析技术(2006-2007) 曾获荣誉 国家技术发明二等奖(排名5)(2019) 国家技术发明二等奖(排名3)(2012-04-16) 中国电子学会电子信息科学技术一等奖(排名3)(2011-04-16) Key Investigator Supporting Program of Tsinghua University(2007-04-16)
